Sarah Marsh

 

Sarah Marsh is a Specialist Cancer Rehabilitation and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over 18 years’ experience across the NHS and private healthcare sectors. Her clinical work spans the cancer pathway, with a particular focus on rehabilitation, physical activity, and supporting people during and beyond cancer treatment.

For the past six years, Sarah has worked as Exercise Clinic Lead Physiotherapist at Genesis Care, working alongside multidisciplinary oncology teams. She also provides advice and support on physical activity for Penny Brohn UK.

Sarah is also a qualified Yoga Therapist, integrating therapeutic movement, breathwork, and relaxation into her clinical practice. She runs exercise and yoga sessions for people living with and beyond cancer through her local NHS hospital.

Sarah is passionate about the role of physical activity in cancer care and its ability to support strength, function and recovery, reduce side effects, and improve quality of life. Her approach is evidence-informed and person-centred, recognising the physical, psychological and emotional impact of cancer and its treatment.

She is committed to advancing safe, effective and evidence-informed approaches to physical activity within integrative oncology, and to supporting whole-person care alongside conventional cancer treatment.
